2. Account Registration & Security

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila.
9. Termination of Services
Fachai Win reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any remaining balance in a terminated account may be forfeited if the termination is due to fraud or illegal activity.
10. Promotional Terms & Bonuses
All bonuses and promotions offered by Fachai Win are subject to specific “Bonus Terms” which are secondary to these General Terms. Typically, bonuses carry wagering requirements (e.g., 20x the bonus amount) that must be met before withdrawal.
Bonus abuse—such as “low-risk wagering” or “collusion”—is strictly monitored. Fachai Win reserves the right to retract bonuses and any associated winnings if promotional rules are circumvented. Promotions are intended for recreational players only.
